When the folks from Southbridge Greater Savannah Realty came to us last fall (through a great referral from another customer) they told us they needed a top notch site that included a full MLS integration so that perspective homebuyers could search all of the available properties within Chatham County right from their site. They also told us that the market for real estate had been quite harsh, and they needed a great site but it had to be cost effective. We got right to work and developed a complete custom site that has all of the features they wanted and more. They were so pleased with the outcome, that the owner came back to us for a second site for another organization he is involved with.
