All the technology in the world is useless when you don't know how to use it. Most of us know how to manage most of the software we use, but there is more, much more that can be done with the tools we already have. We started our training services, called Next Step Training, to help enable users to get better returns from the tools they already have by using the software they already have better.
Our current focus on software training is on both Intuit's QuickBooks and the open source product SugarCRM. We offer both one-on-one training as well as small group workshops to ensure that our clients get the personal attention they need to master the tools.
Our trainings are done by professionals who have been in the trenches using the software they teach for years, sometimes decades. As with everything Divine Solutions does, we take a business-first approach to teaching and training. We focus less on the points and clicks and more on the whys and hows so that our clients leave the training with a better understanding of the technology and the best business practices associated with it.
