When we're not able to solve the problem on the phone, our engineers can use the latest in remote desktop technology to connect to your machine and solve the problem as if they were sitting at your desk. If an issue is stopping you from working, then your issue will be immediately forwarded to the appropriate engineer. For all other issues, we try to respond within the next business day to get the issue resolved.
Unlike other help desk experiences you've dealt with, all of our support staff and engineers are U.S. based and English is their primary language.

As part of your subscription, you are entitled to install our custom system monitoring tools that will keep an eye on the health of your systems.
